REGENT PENN is a family company focused on restoring single-family and multi-family homes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our purpose is to update the housing stock in regards to energy efficiency, indoor home conditions and environmental footprint, while providing a warm home for residents to enjoy for many more years. A REGENT PENN home is hand selected with the goal of providing quality and value that will endure.

Our name evolved from conversations regarding our plans for developing places along Penn Avenue from the Strip District to Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Garfield, East Liberty, Larimer, Point Breeze, Homewood and Regent Square.
